Begin with the exact commodity and grade or processing stage. Add measurable quality limits, realistic quantity, origin or acceptable origin, destination, packaging or bulk form, Incoterm, shipment window and the certificates required by the receiving market.
Buyers should identify receiving and storage capability. Sellers should state their relationship to the goods, loading location, available volume and documents that can be provided. Brokers and representatives should clarify whom they represent and whether they are directly authorised.
Select the information relevant to your cargo
Grain enquiries normally depend on crop year, moisture, test weight, protein or other grade parameters. Vegetable oils require clarity on processing stage, tanks, heating, contamination controls and packaging. Sugar enquiries should distinguish raw or refined product, grade, polarisation, colour and shipment format.
Request an initial agricultural review
Send the commodity, specification, volume, origin, destination, delivery terms and timing. REVDICO will assess whether the requirement or supply proposition is sufficiently defined for further discussion.
