In brief
The printable forms are an optional alternative to the online REVDICO enquiry forms. Complete the appropriate PDF, print it, sign it, apply the corporate stamp or seal where your organisation uses one, scan the document at 150 dpi and email the signed scan to info@revdico.com.
Which REVDICO form should you use?
A buyer, procurement representative or buyer-side intermediary should normally use the Purchase Requirement Form. A producer, owner, seller, authorised sales representative or seller-side intermediary should normally use the Supply Offer Form. An independent intermediary should choose the form that corresponds to the represented side and explain the exact nature of the involvement.
If the represented side is not yet clear, or if you only want REVDICO to assess a preliminary introduction, choose the relevant online enquiry form: Petroleum, Metals and Critical Minerals, or Agriculture. Each online form allows Buyer, Seller or Intermediary to be selected directly.
How to complete and submit a signed PDF enquiry
- Download the appropriate form. The PDFs can be completed electronically before printing. Fields intended for REVDICO and the handwritten signature remain non-fillable.
- Provide the information currently known. A clear initial description is sufficient. Optional details may be left blank when they have not yet been confirmed.
- Print and sign the form. It should be signed by an authorised signatory. Apply the corporate stamp or seal where it is legally or customarily used. If your organisation does not use a seal, state “Not applicable”.
- Create a readable, reasonably sized scan. Scan the completed document at a resolution of 150 dpi. Check that all text, signatures and stamps or seals are clearly legible. Higher resolution is normally unnecessary and may create an oversized file.
- Email the signed scan. Send it to info@revdico.com using a clear subject that identifies the company, commodity and whether the document is a purchase requirement or supply offer.
What happens after REVDICO receives the form?
The initial review is free. REVDICO considers whether the opportunity is within scope, whether the commercial position is sufficiently defined and what information requires clarification. Receipt of a form does not constitute acceptance of an engagement, confirmation of a buyer or seller, confirmation of product availability or a commitment to complete a transaction.
If the opportunity appears relevant, REVDICO may request supporting information appropriate to the stage of discussion. Depending on the role and commodity, this may include a buyer requirement, letter of intent, commercial offer, product specification, evidence of availability, assay or analysis information, or confirmation that an intermediary is authorised to represent a party.
Do not send sensitive documents unless REVDICO specifically requests them and explains why they are useful. Commercially sensitive information may be redacted where appropriate. Initial information is not automatically circulated to potential counterparties.
Printable form or online enquiry?
Both routes begin the same initial review. The online enquiry form is usually faster when only the essential facts are available. The printable PDF form is useful when a company prefers a signed document, needs an outgoing document number, uses an internal approval process or wants to retain a formal copy of its submission.
Submitting either form does not create a fee obligation. Any representation, introduction, commission or other compensation must be discussed during the process and agreed in writing before it becomes applicable.
Frequently asked questions
Can the PDF be completed on a computer?
Yes. Most fields are fillable. The REVDICO enquiry reference and handwritten signature boxes are intentionally reserved for manual completion.
Is a corporate stamp mandatory?
No. Use a stamp or seal where your organisation normally requires one. Otherwise, write “Not applicable” in the stamp or seal area.
Must supporting documents be attached immediately?
No. Submit the signed form first. REVDICO may request specific supporting materials after reviewing the information provided.
