Privacy Notice
How information submitted to REVDICO is received, used, shared and protected.
Information covered by this notice
This notice applies to information submitted through REVDICO enquiry forms or sent in connection with an enquiry. It may include a name, company, country, email address for business correspondence, active telephone number, role, website and commercial information about a proposed commodity transaction.
Why information is used
REVDICO uses the information to receive and respond to the enquiry, understand the proposed opportunity, request appropriate clarification, assess whether further discussion may be practical, maintain a record of communications and protect the integrity of the brokerage process.
Initial enquiries and sensitive documents
A concise initial description is sufficient. Do not send passports, banking credentials, unredacted ownership records, confidential contracts or other sensitive documents unless REVDICO specifically requests them and explains their purpose. Where appropriate, commercially sensitive information may be redacted.
Sharing information
Submitting a form does not authorise unrestricted circulation of the information. Initial information is reviewed by REVDICO and is not automatically forwarded to potential counterparties. If disclosure may help progress the opportunity, the purpose, intended recipient and appropriate level of detail should first be sufficiently clear. REVDICO may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, protect legitimate interests or respond to lawful requests.
International communications
REVDICO considers enquiries from international markets. If an opportunity progresses, communications or agreed disclosures may involve participants in different countries. The nature and extent of any such disclosure should be proportionate to the transaction stage.
Retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to review and manage the enquiry, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. Reasonable organisational and technical measures are used, but no email or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask REVDICO to correct inaccurate contact information, stop non-essential communication or delete information that is no longer required, subject to legitimate record-keeping and legal needs. Requests can be sent to info@revdico.com.
Current operating framework
REVDICO is an independent commodity brokerage brand. The legal identity, contractual capacity, applicable jurisdiction and responsibilities for any formal engagement will be disclosed and agreed before binding commitments are entered into.
Updates
This Privacy Notice may be revised to reflect changes in the website, enquiry process or applicable operating framework. The current version published on this page applies to new enquiries.
