Brokerage role

REVDICO is an independent commodity broker. Its role is to identify and connect potentially compatible commercial counterparties and to facilitate communications where appropriate. REVDICO may receive a commission or other brokerage compensation only where the responsible party, calculation basis, payment event and scope have been agreed in writing for the specific opportunity. Unless expressly stated in transaction-specific contractual documents, the website does not represent REVDICO as the owner, producer, refinery, mine, warehouse operator or principal seller of listed commodities.

Representation, conflicts and compensation

REVDICO's role is defined separately for each opportunity. It may coordinate between the parties or be engaged by one or more participants, but it does not act as the commercial decision-maker for a buyer or seller. Before protected identities are disclosed or fee-bearing work begins, REVDICO will explain which party or parties it is engaged by, what services it is expected to provide and how any compensation will be calculated and paid.

Any material conflict of interest known to REVDICO, including a relevant relationship with more than one side, will be disclosed before the affected parties are asked to proceed. Compensation from more than one side of the same opportunity requires the express written agreement of the affected parties. Commission or other compensation becomes applicable only when the responsible party, calculation basis, payment event and scope have been agreed in writing for the specific opportunity.

The initial review is free. Submitting an enquiry does not create a brokerage agreement, exclusivity or fee obligation.

No offer or inventory representation

Petroleum, metals, critical-minerals, agricultural commodity and regional pages are informational. They do not constitute a binding offer, quotation, confirmation of allocation, reservation of goods or representation that inventory is currently available. Commodity availability, specifications, quantities, pricing and delivery terms are transaction-specific and may change.

Independent due diligence

Buyers and suppliers remain responsible for their own legal, technical, financial, tax, sanctions, compliance and commercial due diligence. An introduction by REVDICO does not constitute a warranty regarding a counterparty, product, document, vessel, warehouse, mine, refinery, payment method or proposed transaction.

Responsible trade requirements

Transactions may be subject to sanctions, export controls, import restrictions, end-use rules, anti-money-laundering requirements, KYC, beneficial-ownership review and other applicable laws. REVDICO does not assist with concealment, deceptive documentation, sanctions circumvention or disguised counterparties or payment flows.

Website information

REVDICO seeks to maintain useful and accurate information, but commodity markets, regulations and logistics change. Website material is general information and should not be treated as legal, financial, investment, tax or technical advice. Users should obtain professional advice appropriate to the proposed transaction and jurisdiction.

Third-party information

Information supplied by prospective buyers, suppliers or other third parties may require independent verification. REVDICO does not guarantee third-party statements merely because they have been communicated through the brokerage process.

Privacy and commercial information

Information submitted through an enquiry form is used to review, respond to and, where appropriate, progress the stated opportunity. Initial information is not automatically circulated to potential counterparties. Identifiable or commercially sensitive information should be shared progressively and for a defined purpose. Transaction responsibility

Unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise, contracts for purchase, sale, inspection, transport, storage, insurance, financing or related services are the responsibility of the relevant contracting parties. The precise rights and obligations of REVDICO in any transaction are determined by the applicable written agreements.
