A concise commercial description is enough to begin. Additional information can be clarified progressively.

Start with the essentials. Only fields marked * are required. A concise description is enough for the free initial review. If known, specification, quantity, route, delivery basis and timing can be added under Transaction Details. REVDICO normally sends the initial response by email within two business days.

Market context: Middle East. This does not set the origin, loading point or destination. Add the exact transaction points under Optional Transaction Details if known.

Example: “Buyer seeking EN590 for monthly delivery to a named Mediterranean terminal; specification and receiving arrangements are available for discussion.”

Enter your own company or organisation. If you operate independently, enter “Independent intermediary”, “Sole trader” or your registered trading name and explain your status in “Tell us about the opportunity”. If you act for another party, you do not need to disclose a protected principal's name initially, but you should state which side you represent, whether your access is direct and what you are authorised to communicate.
Enter the country where your organisation is registered. An independent intermediary or sole trader should enter the country from which they conduct business and explain their status in the opportunity description.
A company-domain address is preferred when available. A legitimate sole trader or independent intermediary may use their regular professional email.
If provided, use international format beginning with + and the country code. It may be used for a prompt clarification; the initial response is sent by email.
Select your role. Buyers should describe the requirement, sellers the supply position, and intermediaries their relationship to the represented side.
Briefly describe what you are buying, selling or introducing. You may include the product, specification, quantity, origin or destination, delivery basis, timing and any other details you consider relevant. If you are acting as an intermediary, please explain which party you represent and the nature of your involvement.
Add Role-Specific Details — Optional

Complete only the information already known. These fields change with the selected role and are not required.

Describe the current status of the requirement, supply position or introduction.
Add any relevant operational, availability or timing context.
Explain the relationship to the opportunity and distinguish confirmed facts from information still to be clarified.
Add Transaction Details — Optional

Provide any specification, quantity, origin, destination, delivery, timing or operational information that is already known. Unknown details may be clarified later.

The information is used to review and respond to this opportunity. It is not automatically circulated to potential counterparties. Read the Privacy Notice.

What happens after you submit an enquiry?

The review is free. REVDICO normally responds from info@revdico.com within two business days.

You will receive a view on whether the opportunity is within scope, which commercial points are already sufficiently clear, what essential information still needs clarification and the most practical next step.

That next step may be a focused request for information, a structured transaction brief, an explanation of the main obstacle, further qualification or a discussion about a controlled introduction. A complete document package is not required at the outset.

Initial information is not automatically forwarded. Before identifiable or sensitive information is shared, the purpose, intended recipient and appropriate level of detail should be clear. Any representation, commission or other compensation is negotiated and agreed in writing before it becomes applicable.

If no suitable match is available, REVDICO may retain a current brief for limited follow-up but does not promise active marketing or a future match. Use your enquiry reference to update, pause or close the opportunity. Time-sensitive facts must be reconfirmed before later circulation. See the opportunity lifecycle.

Copy a concise brief template

Use the template for your role in “Tell us about the opportunity”. Delete unknown or irrelevant lines. Do not include protected identities or sensitive documents at the initial stage.
